Products and Availability
All JIPSI TREE garments are made to order and handcrafted with care. Production typically takes 3–4 weeks before shipping.
Slight variations in color, weave, or stitching are natural and not considered defects. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is required at checkout using the secure methods provided.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update prices at any time.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Domestic: 5–10 business days after production.
We offer FREE shipping across Canada on all orders over $300 CAD. For orders under $300 a flat rate of $18 applies.
Shipping Availability
Currently, we are pleased to offer shipping within Canada. As a small handmade brand, we look forward to expanding to additional regions in the future.
Order Limitations and Right to Refuse Service
At JIPSI TREE, each order is handled with care and intention. However, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. We may also limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These limitations may include orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, billing address, or shipping address.
If an order is modified or cancelled, we will make every effort to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of purchase (email, billing address, or phone number).
We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Customs and Import Fees (We are currently only shipping to Canadian addresses.)
For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. JIPSI TREE is not liable for delays or additional charges caused by customs.
We do not mark packages as gifts or undervalue items.
Returns and Exchanges
Because all items are made to order, we encourage mindful purchasing.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Return Shipping: Paid by the customer
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges are available for different sizes or styles; replacement items are made to order.
