Because each item is made specifically for you, we encourage mindful purchasing. However, if your order is not quite right, we will gladly review your request for a return or exchange.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Please contact us at naturally@jipsitreestyle.com before sending your item back to obtain return authorization.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

We are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or style. Each replacement piece will be made to order with the same care and craftsmanship.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
