Processing Time

Please allow 3–4 weeks for your order to be handcrafted and prepared for shipment. Each piece is made individually, so timing may vary slightly depending on demand.

Shipping Methods and Times

Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days within Canada. International shipping times vary by destination, so please allow 10–20+ business days for delivery. (We are currently not shipping internationally.)

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE shipping across Canada on all orders over $300 CAD. For orders under $300 a flat rate of $18 applies.

Once your order has been shipped, it is placed in the care of Canada Post. JIPSI TREE cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages after dispatch. If you experience any issues or have concerns about the status of your delivery, please refer to your tracking information or contact Canada Post directly for assistance.

Customs and Import Fees (JIPSI TREE is currently only shipping to Canadian addresses)
